As a regional representative of SGT Operations team (2nd Level), ensure the follow-up of tickets escalated either reactively by the business or proactively by the SGT Network Control Centre (1st level) coordinates the different parties involved.
Escalate technical matters that require high level technical knowledge to SGT Engineering (3rd Level) & SGT IDE (Internet, DNS, Extranet) for action with a detailed explanation of the symptoms business impact.
Monthly review of incident tickets to ensure their integrity
1.Implement improvement where needed with goal of more accurate monthly operational reporting
2.Manage the problems according to the SGT methodology to make sure recurring issues are identified permanently solved.
Weekly review of capacity alerts to suggest action plan
3.Deliver quarterly capacity warning report
Manage operational evolution of telecom requirements using the SGT methodology tools.
Translate business needs sent by business IT to technical change requests ensure implementation by contracted Telecom provider following the agreed-upon change management process.
Update SGT Inventory databases with a focus on technical administrative information needed by Telecom provider to manage site evolution / troubleshoot operational issues.
Suggest s of Customer Service Plan (CSP) to SGT Operations management when appropriate.
Technical ownership of LAN’s in APAC
1.Coordinate with LAN operational owners to ensure that
2.New site LAN design is validated
3.Periodically d LAN diagrams are centrally stored
4.SG LAN stards are followed with exceptions action plans tracked quarterly

| 任职要求： |
1. Recent CCNA/CCNP certification, TSHOOT training completion appreciated, Telecom experience (practical troubleshooting of corporate carrier network) some exposure to International environment.
2. English fluency required (fluency in Chinese is a plus), very good communication skills, service oriented mind-set, Well organized.
3. Scientific Bachelor Degree.
4. 2-5 years work experience.
