岗位职责：
1. DMS managerment
1.1 Coordination with IT dept Vendor in DMS development maintenance, to be the interface of Sales & Marketing including sales, aftersales, ND, marketing functions.
1.2 Assist sales manager to provide conception design of Sales module in DMS to IT Vendor.
1.3 Monitor trace DMS development according to the milestone.
1.4 Disassemble mission into personal responsibility, ensure the integrity of Sales/IT/vendor.
1.5 Responsible for DMS management e.g. supervise、maintain improve user environment.
1.6 Deal with emergency events of DMS.
2. Administration
2.1 Assist sales manager to generate working stards、management regulations business process within wholesale level.
2.2 Assist sales manager to prepare daily/weekly/monthly report that DENZA required.
2.3 Monitor sales performance according to the output of DMS provide instruction to region/district manager for decision making.
2.4 Attend DMS training courses feedback training quality to sales manager.
3. Sales support
3.1 Analyze customer database provide market intelligence to sales manager for quick sales policy response to the market.
3.2 Share market information to marketing dept. for marketing promotion planning.
3.3 Responsible for sales customer data base management, ensure database d confidential. |
| 任职要求： |
Education: College degree or above, majored in IT is preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1 years’ DMS experience in auto operations
Minimum 3 years’ experience as IT specialist in auto or IT industry.
Specific knowledge/skill
Fluent English marin (both written spoken)
Skilled in office business software
Understing of basic marketing concepts
Familiar with dealership operation business process
Extensive knowledge of market\competitor products
Customer relationship management knowledge
Integrity
Communication skills
Good sense of responsibility
Negotiation skills
Customer oriented mindset |
